Personal Budgeting

"Where does my money go?" is a common dilemma faced by many people when it comes to budgeting and money management.  Budgeting is simply balancing your expenses with your income, however, most individuals do not look closely at their own finances to understand how their spending habits affect them.  In this course, students become familiar with how to build and maintain a realistic budget for their specific needs.  They will learn effective money management by following a step-by-step plan for saving and spending.  Participants will also set financial goals that are realistic, specific, and timely.  When personnel understand and follow the principals of household budgeting, companies benefit by having employees that can be involved in the process of improving the company's net earnings because they have been successful with their own finances.  This workshop is also beneficial for church and community groups.
